Overcharged By Paypal

I was charged $250.24 on an item that cost $241.44. I called up pay pal customer service to clarify the issue and apparently they charged me the excess as a “conversion fee”, i paid using my bank account and even though other people i know that have used the same payment method through pay pal countless other times have never paid any additional fee’s or rates. It’s now official, PAYPAL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!
