Nothing but Fraudsters

I opened ebay account they made me open pp account i did, i sold my item pp limited my account for more info ie proof of address,i had already registered my bank account credit card they never said there was a problem untill the money went into the account. in my opinion thats pre-meditated fraud. paypal are just thieves who demand money by menaces, what gives them the right to take my or anyones money without that persons knowledge or permission.
