No Seller Protection at all
I advise you to find other ways to get paid from selling on eBay. Figure out some alternative or you will be sorry. I sold a somewhat expensive item (several hundred dollars) on eBay and the buyer, who had been suspended from eBay for fraudulent transactions, claimed it was damaged. I am a 100% feedback seller and have been for many years. Now my account is frozen with a negative balance, the item is being returned and I have no choice but to accept this item back, in who knows what kind of condition with or without all the original pieces. If he damaged this item, I am just SOL. End of story. No recourse. It’s a violation of all reasonable standards to not fairly arbitrate these kind of claims.
