No Help From Paypal

I sold a gold coin to mitsuwa89. As soon as it was delivered, he reversed his credit card charges. Paypal did nothing, even though I provided proof that this was a scam against me and four other sellers. Then they charged me to “look into the problem. Then they paid ebay the fees on this sale! I am trying to contact the execs, but all the e-mail addresses I have found are closed. They closed the resolution I had opened and won’t speak to me about it anymore. I want to sue them, but can’t get a valid address to send it to. Paypal is a scammer in my opinion.
