No disclosure from Paypal
One day I received an email from paypal stating a customer was unhappy and wanted a refund. I gave the refund immediately. Two days later my paypal account of £700 was frozen for 6 months. I called repeatedly to get an explanation and eventually got someone who to my astonishment said “we don’t need to tell you why”. I asked if there was anything I needed to do and was told “stop calling us”. I got my money last month but now can’t buy anything on ebay unless the buyer accepts cheques!
