Never a straight answer

Paypal is a horrible place to deal with, i call a customer service rep after shipping an item that is shown delivered (when majority of people dont leave feedback when buying stuff unless its negative) and have them tell me they must wait 3 business days for an item to be released from hold, and yet i can call right back and get a different csr and they release the funds immediately.
It is a hit or miss when calling Paypal, mostly miss in my experience.
