My money will be held for 180 days
Well, what happened to many other PayPal victims, it happened to me also. For more than 2 years, I haven`t had any problems, but exactly now when my wife is suffering from Cancer I purchased some Items on Ebay and wanted to help her, as usually I paid per PayPal and then unexpectedly I received an Email from PayPal telling me that my account has been limited, and after I did everything they wanted today my appeal has been denied and my money will be held by them for 180 days…so I am not able to pay for the Items I bought on Ebay…
