My account got limited by paypal
Having been with Paypal for at least 7 years, I suddenly found I had account limitation. It was locked, no explanations, nothing. Their email advises to go to resolution centre etc.. but the links they talk about in the email, don’t even exist.
I call them, they tell me there are “multiple” accounts associated with mine. I realise it must be sons account. They asked that my son call in to confirm some details, that would result in his account being unlocked and subsequently, mine too.
My son called, confirmed a few details and they said it would be unlocked soon. So I call, to double check on the status of my own and they say nothing has changed, it’s still limited. And obviously, they can’t discuss my sons account.
I’m at a loss what to do and don’t want to be a part of Paypal. However, I don’t see any alternatives out there. These guys have the monopoly for online payments =[
