Money on hold can’t print shipping label

Received funds won’t be available for 21 days. I have had a Paypal account for over ten years and have a flawless eBay rating of 586. All of a sudden, I go to sell something and they have locked up my received funds for 21 days. I can’t even access them to make my shipment. Get this, they want me to transfer money in order to print a shipping label. It will take them 4 days for that to happen. They indicate that it is in my best interests to print the shipping label through them. This will free up my funds sooner.Round and round we go. I have never received any notification that my account was substandard. They need to be regulated like a bank.

IS anyone interested in a class action suit against pay pal for holding shipping fees?Ok SO perhaps it is not illegal for Pay Pal to HOLD funds owed us-but isn’t it illegal to HOLD SHIPPING FEES? Especially since they will take their fees regardless of when -they get around...
