Lousy and ignorant customer care
My bank requires me to generate a virtual credit card online at their site. I can use that virtual card only once for online purchase after which the card gets void. Every time I need to pay for something online (ebay) i need to add a new card to my paypal account. Because of frequent additions of credit cards, paypal has catagorised my account as “Limited” which “Can not be appealed against”.
I tried contacting paypal customer care on email but havent got a single reply from them. I live in India and I dont want to waste my money making international call and not getting any positive return. Frustrated, I made a new paypal account with a different email id. Now i have 4 such paypal accounts out of which 3 are “Limited”.
Seems they just dont care for the customer.
