Lost $520 thanks to Paypal

I did a transaction through Paypal. They told me that if i go into my history than I will see that there is an of $520.00 into my account which was deducted from the buyers. I checked my history but there was no such amount in it. Later they sent me an email stating that they deducted $1040 instead of $520 and want me to send them a money order of $520.00 so that they can credit my account with the full $1040. I asked them that if they made a mistake than they should be able to fix it and also that to show me the transactions they did on the buyer for me to believe it. They said that if I dont comply with them than they will suspend my account. This really upsets me because if I didnot do anything wrong than why should I be the one facing this issue. Thanks to Paypal I have lost $520 dollars as they said that unless I send them the money order, they wont credit my account and I wont be able to do anything about this. Is there any help that I can get so that I get my $520.00 back.
