Limited For No Reason
My mother recently had her Paypal hacked into and they caused a big mess of it. Understandably, they limited her account until the situation was resolved. She was required to send various paperwork such as proof of address, ID etc..
Then a week later, Paypal blocked my account too! They stated that it was because our accounts were ‘linked’, and the only way they could be so is that we live on the same property.
I have made 5+ calls to them asking why they have blocked my account, and they just fob me off with lies telling me that i’ll receive an email within 24 hours telling me what steps to take to get the block lifted. No suprise, I did not receive 1 single email after being promised from 5 different reps that i would receive this email.
They are an absolute nightmare and have no respect for their customers. I have been using paypal for about 4 years and never had a problem with my account. Something needs to be done about this, I really need my Paypal as I use Ebay a lot. There must be some way to get these matters resolved for all these inocent people being targeted by Paypal.
What they are doing is criminal!

I hate paypal too I was recently the victim of a dodgy dealer in alibaba.com who sold me a load of fake crap, which I sold on ebay then had to refund everyone. OK fair enough paypal limited my account, now Im trying to find a way to send them my evidence which clearly proves I have not intentionally broken the policy and after 8 phone calls and promises of managers calling me back….nothing just get the same generic emails back. and my partners was limited and he hasnt even used his!
PAYPAL are souless, money making machine, they dont care about there customers individual cases they push all the cattle together in similar pens and then fob them off on the phone to keep them quiet nothing gets resolved!! Pay pal limitations department managers? You are truley awful at your jobs
