I set up a PayPal account so that I could sell some satellite TV parts on Ebay. I sold the parts and got paid for them, and received positive feedback from the buyers.  However,  a couple of weeks later I log into my PayPal account and it says something to the effect of “Your account has been limited”.
Aparently I don’t check my email enough, so I did not realize that I was supposed to take some kind of action because one of the buyers that had already left positive feedback decided to file a complaint with PayPal. They said that the item I sent them was damaged- so I guess they left positive feedback and then opened the box??? Anyway, I refused to refund the guys money because I knew for a fact that the item I sent was not damaged, and I stated in the description “no refunds unless the item is damaged or does not work”. The only reason he was saying that it was damaged was because he ordered the wrong part for his satellite TV system.

Now I have about $75 in my PayPal account that I can’t get because paypal is the judge and jury.

I will never use PayPal again!
