Just tell me why PayPal! WHY????

I am honestly innocent. I have used paypal for 2 years, and yesterday they just limited my account for no reason. They also will not give me a reason. They gave me a list of things it could be such as I could have provide false information, had a previous account with a negative balance, or used the account to do something breaking the user agreement. I have not done any of these things, I even double checked to make sure everything down to my phone number was accurate. Still they say there is nothing that I can do, and I am banned for life!
