Item WAS as described

sold a sonia rykiel bag on ebay last october 9 2011, buyer just claimed that item received was not as described. no proof, no pics just claimed its not the same in ebay ad. of curse paypal sided with her, what proof could i give? i can send all the pics of the item . all the receipts i had but its useless coz all she has to say is “Item not as described”. Now , i already paid for the shipping, paid all the fees on ebay and paypal and on top of all this i lost my item. nice
