Internet Fraud, No Help From PayPal

Complaint:
I purchased a DVTPal DVR for $258.63 from DigitalStar.com on 9/23/2009 paid thru Paypal as I typically have done thinking it is more secure. The item never came, DigitalStar would not respond to my dozen emails. Paypal will only help if the issue is less than 45 days. When you are told the item in question is on backorder the 45 days expires pretty quickly. I have filed complaints with the BBB,FBI Consumer fraud divisions,Internet fraud, and the Attorney General of IL.
