I will never use paypal

Here is my gripe:

1. I ordered a video game from Harvbooks
2. I paid with credit card which was automatically sent to pay pal.
3. Weeks passed and no game.
4. Went on Pay pal and told them I had not received the product and I had called both phone numbers on Harvebook wbsite, both discontinued, and the e-mail address also did not work.
Pay pal said…you have to open an account and accept one of our credit cards before we can do anything. DUHHHHH WHAT????
5.Also inorder to communicate with pay pal I had to open and account anyway…even though I had no interest in being a member.
6. I called my states consumer protection agency and what they said was that they are holdiong my money hostage until I join and that is illegal.
7. They told me to recontact them if I had not recived any credit on my card.
8. Well today Jan 4, 2010 all of a sudden I get an e-mail from Harvbooks saying the game is no longer available. Geeee thanks for the info so timely.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO now I have to try and get Pay pal tocredit my account….good luck huh?????

I wrote Pal an e-mail and said I was contacting the States attorney about this matter….no response…..

Well I will continue my contact with the States Attorney anyway. Maybe something good will come out of it.
