I want to use Paypal but Can’t

Well I was selling web graphics online in forums, when I withrawed money first time everything was ok but when I tried to withrawed money second time they limited me for violation. I called them like 400 times, also contacted them by e-mail but they can’t help me, once is limited the can not fix it. But I want to use paypal. I really want to use it, it’s my best payment method so far.

Credit Card Late Fee Caused By PayPalPayPal suspended my main payment method (my bank account) and used the backup payment method without even telling me. They say it was for security reasons, but they will not tell me what security reason...
