I want to take legal action against Paypal.
Paypal has been conducting what I believe to be fraudulent and illegal activities at my expense. I have been a member for well over 3 years, and it has been a terrible experience. They have lied and manipulated many of times, failing to satisfy me as a loyal customer. They’ve stolen thousands for me, also allowed false charge backs on both of my accounts. One incident a paypal representative issued a buyer a refund without the buyer ever returning my item. He done this without my consent or permission, is that legal. The rep admitted to his mistake, he then tried to fix the issue, which did not satisfy me one bit. They constantly steal my money close and limit my accounts & provide no legit explanation. I was told they hold funds to gain an interest off my money in which they pay me nothing. In 2010 they received a couple of class action lawsuits based on there trickery, lies, and arbitration. In the state of California, a federal judge found Paypal’s user agreement unenforceable. I do not want to wait 180 days to withdraw my own money. I have a paypal debit card, I would like to have my funds today. They can close my account I just want the money there holding & the money they stolen from me Today or I will be force to take legal action in the state of California
