I want revenge on paypal and ebay

I had over 650 postive sales on eBay…then Paypal got involved. My account got hacked, eBay and Paypal did nothing. I closed my 100% positive account and set up another 4 years later. Paypal tried attaching a $3000 check but I had used a WalMart debit VISA card and they were SOL. The buyer claimed he didn’t get it, but I back tracked him and PROVED he did, told him I would sue him unless he cleaned up his fraud. eBay and Paypal wouldn’t change anything. They still have a couple hundred bucks of mine and closed my eBay account…I WANT THEIR ASSES!!
