I, purchase a game through paypal

I purchased a game ,The Sims (Deluxe Edition), on April 3,2011. When I returned to ebay it showed were it was purchased but I never did receive it. Although the game purchase was only $7.00, when I checked ebay again the price had gone up.

I fault both eBay and PayPal for the false information and differences in pricing, and when I complained to ebay about the situation they did not respond to it. something needs to be done about this situation because thye are getting rich off of our expense.
