I have to wait 6 month to get my money
I’m unemployed and start a new business selling some items on ebay,recently A client put me a dispute, and paypal make me a hold for 215.00 but in my account only had 112.00 and my account was in negative balance,and I do not have the money for fix this,but after 2 weeks,Paypal decided on my favor and release the money on hold,but for my surprice they put my account in “permanent Limitation” because i had my balance was negative, but now is 112.40 but they don’t want to make more bussiness with me, for these My bussiness is broke because without paypal I can’t sell anything,and I need to wait 6 month for retire my money from the paypal account. I think that is totally unfair, because I had my ebay and paypal account for more than 8 years,without any problem and now I have nothing. I want to sue him please help me.

Unless you are a millionaire with a lot of time on your hands or join a class action lawsuit you’ll have a hard time making paypal pay for what they’ve done to you. Paypal has some of the best corporate sleazebags (lawyers) on their side and the fast that you agreed to the user agreement are 2 BIG things not in your favor. You can only sue paypal in Nebraska and California.
