I have been waiting for my money for over 6 months
I was a victim of fraud with my previous paypal account. I created a new one and the minute I entered a NEW bank account with a new address, they locked me down. They are holding almost $500 and have been since May 18, 2011. What now? I thought after 6 months they had to release it?
