I had insurance for shipping but Paypal favored the buyer

I was a 144 100% FEEDBACK sold chandeliar sent it ups paid for ins. when it arrived the buyer contacted me saying it was broken in shipping i asked them to contact ups they said no i told e-bay ups requires the person on recieving end must call. they said no long story short went to res.ctr. they found in their favor then i tryed to appeal they told me i took too long even though i tryed 3 times starting within days
