   I am in the same boat as you and I was told by paypal that it’s their policy and there is nothing I can do about it. Well I got news for you paypal; there IS something I can do and I have solved my problem. I no longer use paypal. Instead I got a merchant account through a company called merchantinc and I can sell on ebay without my money being held so suck my balls paypal

   Pay Pal is such a sleezy company to do business with. I’m outraged to see that not only I am dealing with this bullshit but so is half the world! How are they able to this? Isn’t this illegal!?!!

   I just went the through the same bs..except Ebay took the blame for the hold 3 days because i Have met the 250.00 or 20 sales quota..First of all that is my shit I sold, not for business but shit i sold out of my house and a couple of friends wedding dresses. I wasnt selling to make living I sold shit out of my house because i dont need it for one and too because i damn can..I own that shit I shipped to those buyers and I damn paid Ebay their fees and damn paypal their fees for them to provide me with a damn service thats to host my bullshit on their site and be a go between me and the buyer…not to give my shit to the buyer and then they hold money till they get ready to give it to me..thats my damn and not ebays..and I dont working for ebay on commission, but i did pay them to do a damn service for me but it wasnt to hold my damn..so my question is how they require sellers to make a sales quota when sellers pay them to do a service for them not ebay employing the sellers on commission…see what im saying…oh im so damn pissed..

   I promptly pay after purchasing and use PayPal to do it. Instead of paying the seller PayPal hold back on payment for four days. To the seller it looks like I am not a prompt payer. I’m about out of faith with PayPal and will probably change my payment options.

   Pay pal need to be reigned in, when they holod your money they should compensate yo for loss of interest at least, I would think that in most countries their policies of holding funds from you or refunding from your account would be illegal, there should be a Class action, People should band together and get these issues sorted once and for all, I will join any class action against the tyrany that is Paypal

   received seller paymt for ebay sell on may 14th,then found out i had to ship item let buyer get item and wait 3 or more days after that before paypal will release my funds. . rediculous ,unfair ,and maybe illegal. they got their fee unfront the buyer got my stuff and ive got nothing so far,not even the 28 dollars i paid to ship. claims after today they may let me have my own money if i beg enough. paypal ebay company ,probably a way to use our own money for awhile by them.

   Hi same thing is happening to me! I have £85 worth of sold items in my paypal “pending”. I cant even access my own money! Also I have returned an item that I bought and had to open a dispute because the seller said they didnt receive it, and I had to provide postage info. I tried this but would accept a normal receipt from post office. Has to be expensive recorded or tracked, so now Im losing out on £35. Paypal and Ebay suck!

   Thanks suckmyballspaypal for the info on merchantinc. I am in the same boat! They are holding my money for 90 days!!! So, I’m dropping paypal too
