I can’t pay my bills because paypal froze my account

paypal froze my account with $2100.00 in it and I cant even pay my bills now. I had to use my credit to pay my rent this month.. I am falling apart, I need help. please, I am going through a nervous break down, paypal doesnt even have an ounce of compassion. It doesn’t matter what I say or do they just don’t give a sh*t. I can’t go another month without this money and I was told they are holding it for 180 days.
