I Can’t Close My Paypal Account

I attempted to close my Paypal account today. I was informed that I could not do that for 180 days because I had transactions pending. This is not true. I accessed my account online and found no open cases or transactions. I contacted them by phone the CSR claimed that I had two open transactions. One with Over Stock and another with Optics Planet even though their data showed them closed and completed on my account status. After clearing that up they still would not close my account. Read the fine print before you deal with this company. The CSR seemed to have an attitude to boot.
