I appealed and paypal denied

I’ve ebayed for years, but only sold my first items on ebay in June 2010. My 6 items sold immediately and I shipped the goods and received very positive feedback from my buyers. My paypal account was years old, too and I have used it over the years to purchase things. It was set up in my husband’s name, which I spoke to paypal about. I verified my account sending all the info they requested and was told my funds were available. they then froze my account, shut down ebay account and held my funds for 180 days. I appealed and they denied it. They would not give me any information. I have called a few more times and was actually spoken to like I was a criminal. I was told, ‘paypal is a service and they do not have to offer it to me or tell me why’! I have found it most upsetting.
