How Paypal Screwed up our life

I want to thank paypal for screwing up my life:
-thanks to paypal we have to file bankruptcy
-we have lost both of our vehicles and on the verge of loosing our house
-we sold a motorcycle on ebay
-the buyer paid with credit cards which later we found out was stolen
-paypal want us to pay the $1556.00 that is owed
-the states attorney even agrees it was a three way fraud
-now we have to find them
-we are both on social security and we have trusted paypal for years
-i am going on twitter and facebook and warn everyone of the fine print
-i hope all of you are proud of yourselves over there at paypal for ruining our lives.
-I’m done crying and ready to fight!!

Has paypal come after you with collection agencies? Don’t be afraid of them them your rights and fight back. First of all you have the right to dispute a debt. Second of all the collection agency has to prove that you owe this money. You can request for them to verify the debt. Unless you got the motorcycle back you don’t owe this money! So don’t pay it!

I’m sorry that you are going through all this. Just know that the collection agency has to verify the debt. You don’t have the motorcycle back so you are not responsible for this money. I wouldn’t pay it and if they are harassing you by phone file a complaint about the company or you can do what I did and change your number. Good luck!
