How does Paypal Protect the seller?
It,s an observation really. In the UK if someone owes money or sells goods not fit for purpose, we have to sue thru County Court. Paypal are a law unto themselves setting themselves as Judge & Jury. They remove money from client bank accounts based on spurious information given. If you are on the receiving end you are in big trouble, you will not get your money back because Paypal have decreed. This situation is rife for fraudsters. i.e they could say goods not received or faulty, lie, Paypal accept this and remove money from sellers bank account.
