Horrible…. just horrible….!
I cannot believe that in this day and age we find ourselves plundered by such an absolute group of blundering idiots, like this pay-pal scam. I wanted to pay using them. I thought; “its fast and convenient”… oh no….! My mistake, I forgot it was run by a bunch of a**holes!
It took me 3 days to “settle” an account limitation dispute, having me send all types of documents to them, and when I tried to use my card with a new account, it turns out that it was blocked from the system indefinitely… causing a huge problem to my business… and leaving me unable to ever use it with them again… all thanks to the wonderful problem-solving skills and customer service traits that all pay-pal customer service employees demonstrate.
My card was blocked for good, thanks to this one rep that didn’t mention we needed to eliminate the card before deleting the old account (a huge lack of product training and company procedures, if you ask me)…. and as a result, my card is banned in their system for good. But… that at no time stopped them from charging me the 2 bucks they charge for authenticating a card NUMEROUS TIMES…
So the way I see it, I got the Joan Collins Special; I paid for authenticating a service that I never really got, and have to wait for the numerous charges to be reimbursed… all the while I haven’t made the payments I need to do, and it has seriously crippled my small business…. thanks Pay-pal…. thanks a lot…

Paypal was such a hassle to me that I finally gave up. For something that was supposed to be free, fast and convenient it sure cost me a lot or money and aggravation. All I wanted to do was to sell a few things on ebay that my (rich) boss had given me and I had no use for. Well trying to collect my funds from paypal turned in to a full time job.
