PayPal holding my money

Paypal decided they need to contact my buyer to verify he was happy with my service. No good reason what so ever, and they are very unapologetic about it.

My buyer is not easy to reach, and the money I worked for and earned is being held from me for who knows how long.

The thing that really gets me is that a few years back, someone stole my ID and opened a Paypal account. When I called them about that, they would not even talk to me. But now for no reason at all they are holding my money.

I hate Paypal, when this is over I will NEVER use them again.

PayPal is holding your money so it can accrue interest and they can make more profit on it while you wait.

I made a purchase last week for an urgently needed machine. The money was taken out of my bank acc’t. that day, and the vendor received an ‘ok to ship’. Shortly after, vendor was told DO NOT SHIP for reasons unknown.

Calls to paypal were frustrating at best. I’m told that it’s being ‘investigated’ huh!? Vendor had shipped goods and had to interrupt shipment. Five days later, money was released. I’m now told that I can’t move it back to my bank acc’t. because it’s over my ‘limit’.
I’m wiring money to vendor while this is being resolved. PayPal ain’t my ‘pal’. Can someone tell me where I can go to formally complain?
