Got Screwed by PayPal and eBay

I had an account limited from over three years ago do to THIER mix which froze my account. With that about 20 people failed to get their items they ordered from us off of ebay and I was not able to make refunds at that time. I had to take it all down and pay people seprately to fix their side. I lost my ebay business and paypal also froze several thousand dollars which is now at about 400 to 500 dollars. How the money got spent they say they don’t even know. I tried to get setteled on this, sent in the documents and they still want more of whatever? Both ebay and paypal screwed me with my business which had tens of thousands of dollars in sales at that time. I’ve given up on the past and would like to obtain your info to better start something secure.
