Funds Frozen Pending Review

I sold 4 items on Ebay, Shipped them out, then as soon as funds were available, my account was “frozen.” Said it will take up to 45 days to review. WTF????!!!! I was supposed to be using the money earned from the auctions to purchase textbooks for next semester. Now what am I supposed to do???
Paypal ruin peoples lives.
