Frozen PayPal Account, Can’t Appeal

Complaint:
For several months I had unauthorized transactions which Paypal blamed
on me. They froze my account and allowed me no appeal . I subsequently
found out that these unauthorized transactions were a result of their
negligence and not mine. By freezing my account they successfully shut
down my business causing me great damage. I am ready to see an
