frozen my funds

paypal has frozen my funds wants me to send invoices of my goods,To make sure we are sending out the goods,Feedback wiil tell paypal all this.Which I did and still want more details.So it stops me selling on Ebay.
Going to cancel all Card and bank account to do with Ebay. Just go into monthly payments on paypal and cancel Ebay from it. Paypal will send you a email that this is cancel.
Ebay now should now get your money out of the paypal account,If do Paypal broken more rules.
