Account Frozen For Verification, Then Closed

Complaint:
Did over 30K a month using ebay and paypal, for over a year. Had nearly 98% great feeback, refunded a few people with hundreds of tranasactions. They froze my account on paypal, freezing nearly $3800.00. They needed to reverify my business information, which I did, and is all in good order.
After a whole week, they denied me having an account with them, and told me I could have my adjusted monies in 180 days? What business or bank would do that to anybody? They are the real crooks of this new era!!! Plus since my personal is kinda linked with my name, they are holding nearly $1300 of that even. Scam artists. I think they are losing money daily so they need moneys from people like us, who are defiantely taken advantage of!!
