Frozen account because I got ripped off
I sold an item in good faith on e~Bay On my listing I asked for bidders to ask any and all questions because there was no returns/no refunds. Though other bidders did ask and still would bid, the winning buyer didn’t ask any questions at all.He just kept over bidding other bidders Buyer returned the item badly damaged(cutting item) and unrepairable saying it was brass. I did EVERYTHING PayPal had asked me to do including taking the item to a jewelry store for statement(which cost me more $$ that was out of my pocket to prove to them it was in fact gold). PayPal still sided with the buyer even though the buyer showed no proof of anything… All of the buyers comments to PayPal were “hear~say” with no proof given to PayPal. Today, I find out PayPal has not only frozen my account but my children’s student cards as well, AND turned my account to collection agency.Something has been screwy about this all the way… Where are the “Sellers Protection”??? e~Bay said they couldn’t get in it because it was PayPals issue. Now, this item has cost me quite a bit out of my own pocket after adding up all the fees and all. I have more I could write about this but can’t right now… just thought I would quickly share my experience.
