On November 6, 2011. I paid $8.79Cdn to “Unlock-Power” with my Master Card ( Receipt #3529-3450-1601-6920) for unlocking cell phone. This charge appeared on my credit card statement as payment to PAYPAL *PHONESERVIC. Unfortunately, I did not receive any unlock code, only an apology and promise to refund my money. Refund was not done as well.
