Forced to buy shipping labels from paypal

Paypal now holds your money (from buyers) longer if you don’t purchase their stupid shipping labels. I am a credible seller. I ship asap and then now I have to wait the full waiting period to get my money out of paypal. But if you buy their labels you can get your money into your account in 3 days. It seems like a low level of extortion tactics to me! So unfair. I have complained and you get back a robot type answer, I know they don’t care.
