Filed complaint about a power seller and got suspended

I THINK I got suspended from ebay AGAIN right now because I file a PayPal complaint about a “power seller” who didn’t ship my item or answer my emails (this is my 3rd “new” eBay account) The suspension came about 10 mins after I filed claim w PayPal..all my auctions & bids got canceled. I hate PayPal for many reasons, but eBay is my only income & they keep suspending me /limiting my PayPal for STUPID reasons, or not giving me reasons at all!
