Can’t File PayPal Dispute, Didn’t Buy On Ebay

I recently purchased a Kingston USB drive. As it turns out, the drive shipped out from China. But when I received it, I realized that is a fake 64GB drive with only 4GB chips inside.

Since I bought the drive through PayPal, I filed PayPal dispute. However, Paypal rejected the dispute because I did not purchase the item on Ebay. So then I disputed the credit card charge through my credit card company. When I did this, Paypal asked me to send the item back, but no one can give me the address to return in China.

It took more than 4 months to get the money from my credit card company. What happened with those people who pay using their debit card? They will never see the money!
