False Counterfeit item claim / listings unfairly suspended

I have 593 poitive feedbacks, 100% feedback score yet yesterday Ebay unfairly removed my listing for a Furminator, saying I was selling a counterfeit / fake item but that’s not true, my item is a real Furminator – I do not sell fake items as proven by my 100% positive high feedback score. Also, Paypal stole $140 out of my account. Paypal & Ebay SUCK, theya re CROOKS and I want to file a lawsuit. Can you recommend a lawyer I can call or tell me hwo to get started?
