Ebay/Paypal is now up to scamming sellers by cash holding

Ebay/Paypal is now up to scamming sellers to keep them from obtaining power level to save them money. I have been selling on ebay for 10 years with feedback of 99.7, and no open cases. Recently ebay sent me an email notice stating that 2 buyers tried to file a complaint of item not received back in 2010.

Due to a technical issue, you may have received an email from eBay Buyer Protection on November 22, 2011. The purpose of the email was to inform you that one or more buyers tried to open a case against you (though it was too soon to do so).

However, case alerts identified in the email may have been sent to you in error; these would be resends of past cases. Please check the Case Attempt Dates in the email carefully, and work to resolve any recent issues that are still outstanding.

Of course, I was close to power level discount when this happened. Problem is the transaction was over a year ago. Now, in one day I am no longer a power seller, and paypal/ebay are holding my funds, I cannot pay for, or buy any items, or make payments. Soon I guess, I’ll be run off for unpaid something and this because the money monster is holding my cash. Screams SCAM! Beware, ebay is now up to rippin off America now too! Guess they had to join the game! Must have felt left out!

So in return, please do buy anything using paypal if you can help it! Try ioffer or ecrater with goggle checkout, and do not be quick to relist your items.
