Ebay laptop sale gone bad

Complaint:
I hate paypal and Ebay. I sold a laptop and, because it was a bank holiday weekend, did not want to send it until tuesday to make sure it was recieved. I sent the laptop on Wednesday morning, and PayPal withheld the funds as “item not recieved”. This ended up with me negative feedback for non payment of an item in Ebay because I could not pay using PayPal as my funds were being held.
The item was recieved and signed for, and Parcelforce had a tracking signature for it online. Also, the laptop is in use because i set it up to let me know if it went online! PayPal still has not released the funds and it has cost me negative Ebay feedback for non payment, and ebay threatening to kick me off all because of some one saying not recieved even when you can prove it was.
