Don’t waste your time calling PayPal

My wife cancelled a transaction in Pay Pal and even called to verify it. However, they have still tried to put the transaction through (despite cancellation) resulting in outrageous insufficient funds fees ($29 with each new attempt). We have literally called five times and verified the transaction was cancelled but the fees keep coming. If we try to put funds in the Pay Pal account (to cover the original cancelled transaction) they won’t go anywhere because Pay Pal says the transaction is cancelled. Fucking ridiculous criminal bullshit.
