Don’t Use PayPal If You Ship Overseas
I have had 2 customers now from overseas file a PayPal dispute, and even after providing tracking information and the shipment receipt PayPal sided with the buyers. Both of these customers knew that PayPal would side with them, they each told me so!
Now I am out $100.00 and I am very angry. I have opened my own website, and will no longer be using Paypal. I am going to google checkout because they are much more fair.

this same exact thing happened to me in november for a shipment to croatia. the tracking info from priority mail never showed the item as delivered so i contacted the post office and they provided proof of delivery but paypal said it was invalid.
