Customer Service At PayPal does not Exist
On feb 9th we sent a check to 12312 port grace blvd to fund our account. This was a mistake as apparently this is not possible. We must have been confused between funding and paying a PayPal credit card balance as that is what a cs rep told us that address is for. However, despite not having a PayPal credit card the check was cashed and not applied to any account we have. The endorsement stamp on the back states it was deposited to account 4496825217.
My biggest issue is the terrible customer service in dealing with this issue. I spent over an hour on the phone 2 times, being transferred 3 times each time and nobody was able to help me. Eventually someone gave me a fax number and we submitted a claim on march 7th and again about a month later. We have not heard anything back and I do not even know who to contact without spending another hour plus on the phone. This is extremely frustrating. They have terrible customer service work flow and are too large to serve anyone well.
