Customer paid for shipping but paypal is holding funds

I needed funds to send the item to a customer who had bought the item. The customer paid in the postage to the paypal account i had set up – paypall refused to allow me those funds to send the item with, insisting i pay for postage again. Then they would decide to release the payment to me if they were satisfied – who the f*** are these people ?? the money was paid to me by a customer and paypal think its theirs ?? W***ers.

IS anyone interested in a class action suit against pay pal for holding shipping fees?Ok SO perhaps it is not illegal for Pay Pal to HOLD funds owed us-but isn’t it illegal to HOLD SHIPPING FEES? Especially since they will take their fees regardless of when -they get around...
