Counseling is not illegal sexual service

I do online accounting for people who have problems in finding a partner, so to say relationship counseling. I usually coach them in discovering what they are looking for in a partner, how to describe it and help them through setting up date profiles and such.
I charge for the hour and never had any problems with my payments whatsoever. Yesterday paypal froze my account with the note that I would obtain an illegal sexual service, which is forbidden. Hello? If relationship counceling is a sexual service, then you can also say that marrying people is prostitution!
